一個(gè)穿著摩托車皮衣、衣縫露出體毛的彪形大漢,從凳子上慢慢轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)身,低頭看著這個(gè)發(fā)抖的小個(gè)子男生說(shuō):“是我的狗,怎么樣?”
“Well,” squeaked the little man, very nervous, “I believe my dog just killed it, sir.”
“這個(gè)嘛,”小個(gè)子男生很緊張,尖聲說(shuō)道:“我想我的狗剛殺死了你的狗,先生。”
“What?”roared the big man in disbelief.“What in the hell kind of dog do you have?”
“什么?”大個(gè)子一臉難以置信的表情,大吼道:“你養(yǎng)的到底是什么狗啊?”
“Sir,” answered the little man. “It’s a 4-week-old puppy.”
“先生,小個(gè)子男人回答:”“是一只四周大的小狗。”
“Bull!” roared the biker. “How could your puppy kill my Doberman?”
“胡扯!”機(jī)車騎士大吼:“你的小狗怎么可能殺死我的短毛獵犬?”
“It appears that he choked on it, sir.”
