Oh, my God! It’s broken. 啊，我的天呀!打破了。

W: hello, I bought a pen in your shop just before.

喂，這支鋼筆我剛在你的店里買的。

M: yes, thank you very much.

是的，非常謝謝你。

W: now I came back to the hotel and try to show it to my friend, the pen is broken, I am afraid.

現(xiàn)在我回到飯店，想給朋友看，但是這支鋼筆就壞了。

M: oh, is it?

啊，是真的嗎?

W: would you change it to a new one?

你給我換支新的好嗎?

M: yes, certainly, you have the receipt?

是的，當(dāng)然，你有收據(jù)嗎?

W: yes, I do.

M: then would you kindly come to our shop with the receipt by 10 o'clock, we'll replace it.
