The issue of re-employment has emerged with large numbers of surplus labors having been laid off. There's no doubt that it would lead to endless trouble, if the surplus were not reorganized properly. Solving the problem is a two-way operation, as far as governments and workers are concerned. On the other hand, these workers ought not to sit idle and wait for opportunities to come. So long as they don't lose heart and constantly strive to better themselves, their futures will be bright
