大家好!廣播學(xué)口語又和大家見面了。這里是Andy老師。人們說：生命在于運(yùn)動。怪不得老老少少齊健身呢!就連學(xué)校也開運(yùn)動會。

(音樂)

學(xué)校里招開運(yùn)動會，可以忙壞了John，因?yàn)檫\(yùn)動會上他報了三個項(xiàng)目。John看樣子文質(zhì)彬彬的，誰會想到他會有此壯舉呢。只見John出入健身房的次數(shù)越來越多了。He said "I haven’t had any exercise for six months, so it’s going to be hard to get into shape." "get into shape"是什么意思呢?別著急，它是我們今天要學(xué)習(xí)的俚語。"shape"形狀，"get into shape"從面上看是成形的意思，我們可以理解為"鍛煉，使身體強(qiáng)壯"的意思。那么他說的是"I haven`t had any exercise for six months, so it`s going to be hard to get into shape."(我已經(jīng)有六個的時間沒有鍛煉了，要強(qiáng)壯起來可不容易)

鄰家小弟也說I want to get into shape by doing exercises!(我要做運(yùn)動,使身體強(qiáng)壯起來!)

鍛煉不只可以強(qiáng)壯身體，還可以調(diào)節(jié)我們的心情。據(jù)專家研究，鍛煉后，人的大腦可以處于興奮的狀態(tài)。你是不是也有這樣的感覺呢。I feel like a new man after some exercise.(做了一些運(yùn)動之后，我感覺如同獲得新生一樣)"feel like a new man",就是"感到有如新生一般"。千萬不要譯成“重新做人”。人逢喜事精神爽，難怪這幾天Andy樂得臉上都開了花兒似的。I am energetic and feel like a new man for the boss praised me in the conference.(在會議上老板表揚(yáng)了我，讓我感覺如同新生一般，感覺力量都用不完)
