成都、杭州、寧波、西安、廣州等十個城市被選為“2019中國最具幸福感城市”。教育、就業(yè)、收入、社會福利、醫(yī)療、居住條件以及環(huán)境等與人民幸福感相關(guān)的領(lǐng)域，也是此次評選的關(guān)鍵指標。

Ten cities including Chengdu, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Xi'an and Guangzhou, have been listed as the happiest cities in China this year. Education, employment, income, social welfare, healthcare, living conditions, and environment all concern the people's sense of happiness and they are the key criteria in making the list.

今年的幸福感城市調(diào)查推選的活動歷時3個多月，經(jīng)過大數(shù)據(jù)采集、問卷調(diào)查、材料申報、專家評審等多個環(huán)節(jié)的嚴格遴選，成都、杭州、寧波、西安、廣州、長沙、溫州、臺州、銅川、徐州等10座城市被推選為“2019中國最具幸福感城市”;佛山市南海區(qū)、廣州市天河區(qū)、廣州市黃埔區(qū)、寧波市鄞州區(qū)、深圳市南山區(qū)、江蘇省太倉市、廣州市南沙區(qū)、湖南省長沙縣、舟山市普陀區(qū)、浙江省慈溪市10座縣級城市(區(qū))被推選為“2019中國最具幸福感城市”(縣級)。杭州作為唯一連續(xù)13年入選“中國最具幸福感城市”的城市，被組委會授予“幸福示范標桿城市”榮譽。

此次活動的評價體系以主觀調(diào)查、調(diào)研與客觀數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析相結(jié)合，打造基于大數(shù)據(jù)的城市幸福感指標體系，包括就業(yè)、居民收入、生態(tài)環(huán)境、城市吸引力、公共安全、生活品質(zhì)、教育、醫(yī)療等一級指標，及上百個二級細分指標。其中，網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查依據(jù)城市幸福感指標體系，通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)抓取與幸福感有關(guān)的城市畫像和人的行為數(shù)據(jù)，覆蓋10億網(wǎng)民和200萬用戶畫像;主觀調(diào)查涉及60萬人。

【重要講話】

我了解人民群眾最關(guān)心的就是教育、就業(yè)、收入、社保、醫(yī)療、養(yǎng)老、居住、環(huán)境等方面的事情，大家有許多收獲，也有不少操心事、煩心事。我們的民生工作還有不少不如人意的地方，這就要求我們增強使命感和責(zé)任感，把為人民造福的事情真正辦好辦實。各級黨委、政府和干部要把老百姓的安危冷暖時刻放在心上，以造福人民為最大政績，想群眾之所想，急群眾之所急，讓人民生活更加幸福美滿。

I am aware of the people's biggest concerns, such as education, employment, income, social security, healthcare, old-age security, housing and the environment. Though progress has been made, issues of public concern remain. Our efforts at improving people's well-being have not always been satisfactory. That is why we should strengthen our sense of responsibility, and do a good job of ensuring the people's well-being. The Party committees, governments, and officials at all levels must constantly hold in their hearts the interests and concerns of the people, and regard the benefit of the people as their greatest political achievement; they must think for the people, respond to their needs, and work for the greater happiness of the people.
