為隆重慶祝中華人民共和國成立70周年，展現(xiàn)我國住房保障工作取得的輝煌成就，由中央廣播電視總臺、住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設部聯(lián)合攝制的四集系列專題片《安居中國》，10月8日起在中央電視臺綜合頻道黃金時段播出。

A four-episode documentary series featuring China's achievements on housing supply and support began airing on a prime-time slot starting Tuesday. The series, jointly produced by China Media Group and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, can be watched on China Central Television.

【知識點】

從廉租房到公租房，從經(jīng)濟適用住房到共有產(chǎn)權住房，改革開放以來，尤其是黨的十八大以來，黨中央、國務院高度重視住房保障工作，不斷推進住房保障體系建設，努力為住房困難群眾織就一張多元化供給、多渠道保障的住房保障網(wǎng)。

1994年至2007年，全國共建設廉租住房、經(jīng)濟適用住房等保障性住房1000多萬套。自2008年大規(guī)模實施保障性安居工程以來，到2018年底，全國城鎮(zhèn)保障性安居工程合計開工約7000萬套，約2億困難群眾圓了“安居夢”，增強了獲得感、幸福感、安全感。2018年，我國城鎮(zhèn)人均住房建筑面積達到39平方米，比1949年的8.3平方米增加了3.7倍。

必須多謀民生之利、多解民生之憂，在發(fā)展中補齊民生短板、促進社會公平正義，在幼有所育、學有所教、勞有所得、病有所醫(yī)、老有所養(yǎng)、住有所居、弱有所扶上不斷取得新進展。

We must do more to improve the lives and address the concerns of the people, and use development to strengthen areas of weakness and promote social fairness and justice. We should make steady progress in ensuring people's access to childcare, education, employment, medical services, elderly care, housing, and social assistance.
