文化和旅游部發(fā)布五一出游安全提示

China's Ministry of Culture and Tourism has called for enhanced safety precautions during the May Day holiday, which is expected to see a tourism boom.

針對(duì)五一假期期間將出現(xiàn)的出游高峰，文化和旅游部提醒要加強(qiáng)安全防范措施。

【單詞講解】

Precaution這個(gè)詞是caution加了前綴pre構(gòu)成的，caution本身就表示“謹(jǐn)慎、當(dāng)心;提醒、警告”等意思，比如，我們?cè)诠矆?chǎng)所見(jiàn)到的黃色警示牌“Caution! Wet floor!(小心地滑)”等，這里加了pre這個(gè)前綴，就是表示practice caution in advance(提前進(jìn)入謹(jǐn)慎、小心的狀態(tài))，也就是“預(yù)防、提防”的意思，“采取預(yù)防措施”一般會(huì)用take precaution或者take the precaution of (doing) something表示，比如：I took the precaution of locking money in the safe. (我把錢都鎖緊保險(xiǎn)柜了，以防萬(wàn)一。)

注意交通安全

Travelers who plan long-distance driving should check car conditions, licenses and insurance to ensure safe driving.

長(zhǎng)途自駕出行前，仔細(xì)檢查車況，并檢查相關(guān)證件、保險(xiǎn)是否齊全有效，確保行駛安全。

Drowsy driving should be avoided, and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.

途中避免疲勞駕駛，杜絕酒駕、醉駕、毒駕等違法違規(guī)行為。

The ministry warned travelers against possible extreme weather in some regions of southern China, saying trips to mountainous areas, valleys and areas next to water should be avoided in the case of bad weather.

南方部分地區(qū)容易出現(xiàn)極端天氣，惡劣天氣時(shí)應(yīng)避免到山地、峽谷、水邊等危險(xiǎn)地點(diǎn)游玩。

Travelers should take extra cautions when participating in high-risk entertainment activities, said the ministry, advising travelers to choose entertainment activities based on their age and health conditions.

根據(jù)自身實(shí)際情況，謹(jǐn)慎參與高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)旅游項(xiàng)目，根據(jù)年齡特點(diǎn)、身體狀況選擇適宜參與的項(xiàng)目。

文明有禮出游

樹(shù)立文明出游意識(shí)，愛(ài)惜生態(tài)環(huán)境，不隨地亂扔垃圾，不隨意投喂動(dòng)物、踐踏花草。

杜絕以下不文明行為：

擾亂公共場(chǎng)所秩序(undermining public order)

公共交通工具上行為不當(dāng)(acting inappropriately on public transport)

破壞私人或公共財(cái)物(damaging private or public property)

違反當(dāng)?shù)仫L(fēng)俗習(xí)慣(disrespecting local customs)

破壞文物古跡(sabotaging historical exhibits)

參與賭博、色情等非法活動(dòng)(engaging in gambling or illegal sexual activities)

破壞生態(tài)環(huán)境，違反野生動(dòng)植物保護(hù)規(guī)定(destroying the environment or violating the protection of wildlife)

擾亂旅游場(chǎng)所秩序(disrupting the public order at tourist resorts)
