“大氣污染防治”征求意見

China's Ministry of Science and Technology has started planning for a five-year air pollution prevention and control project, the ministry announced on Tuesday.

中國科技部周二宣布，科技部已經(jīng)開始計劃五年的“大氣污染防治”工程。

“大氣污染防治”可以用 air pollution prevention and control表示，科技部已在網(wǎng)站上公布了該計劃的藍圖草案(a draft blueprint )，且正在向公眾征求意見(solicit public comment)。

根據(jù)該方案，大氣污染防治的重點將由應對霧霾轉(zhuǎn)變成完善預防污染的協(xié)同機制(a coordinated scheme)。文件指出，將推動科學和技術(shù)的共同研究(promote joint scientific and technological research)，共享成就。

方案指出將著力于研究污染的起因跟傳播、對健康的影響(impact on health)、監(jiān)測和預警系統(tǒng)(monitoring and warning systems)、污染管理(pollution management )以及空氣質(zhì)量改善技術(shù)(air quality improvement technology)此外還將推動與污染有關(guān)疾病的診斷和預防(the diagnosis and prevention of pollution-related diseases)。
