Nancy：This is extra money that’s added on to the restaurant bill. In Europe, this is what they do instead of asking customers to leave tips.

Nancy：In the US, we always expect people to leave tips, so we don’t use the service charge unless it’s over ten people, which we would say “a party of ten.”
