Jesse Jane, an actress who appeared on Entourage and Bad Girls Club in addition to her work in the adult film industry, has died at age 43.

The actress, whose real name was Cindy Taylor, was found dead alongside her boyfriend Brett Hasenmueller at a home in Moore, Okla., on Wednesday. Both are believed to have died from a drug overdose, though medical examiners are still working to determine their causes of death, a representative from the Moore Police Department confirmed to EW. Jane and Hassmueller were discovered after police were called to do a wellness check around 11 a.m. local time on Wednesday. No further details were provided.

Born in Fort Worth, Texas, in 1980, Jane hosted Playboy TV’s Night Calls alongside Kirsten Price from 2006 to 2007. She had a small part in Todd Phillips’ Starsky & Hutch starring Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson, and also appeared in Middle Men starring Luke Wilson and Giovanni Ribisi.

Drowning Pool fans also may recognize Jane from the cover of the band’s 2004 album Desensitized. Other appearances include Let the Game Begin and Bucky Larson: Born to Be a Star.
