The former child star, 37, shared an Instagram Story on Monday detailing why she chose to go through with a blepharoplasty — a procedure to remove excess eyelid skin.

In the video clip, Bynes explained that she was addressing recent stories she’d seen about her face appearing different.

“I was never open about this before, but I actually had blepharoplasty surgery on the skinfolds and the corner of my eyes. So, I don’t have those skinfolds anymore,” The Amanda Show alum said in a selfie clip with her results on full display.

It was one of the greatest things I could’ve ever done.”
