第二，應(yīng)更加努力地把計(jì)劃生育政策付諸實(shí)施，因?yàn)槿丝诙嗑鸵馕吨廴緡?yán)重。

最后，嚴(yán)懲故意破壞環(huán)境者。要讓他們明白破壞環(huán)境就是毀滅人類自己。
