Dear all,

I am pleased to announce the revised organization chart for China Corporate Banking attached. The new organization takes into consideration the need for more focus on various areas pertinent to the further growth of Corporate Banking. The roles of each team are also specified in the organization chart. Please kindly share this with your teams to facilitate close cooperation. Further arrangements will be made at a later stage to facilitate stronger Corporate Banking support to 2nd tier cities.

I am also pleased to announce to advise that Amy Lu has joined us on Sept 25 as Senior Product Development Manager, succeeding Hebe Chan who will soon complete her second assignment in China. Amy Lu, who has an MBA and a CFP, has more than 15 years of product development and marketing experience. Please join me in thanking Hebe for her dedicated service and contribution to China and welcoming Amy to her new role.
