There be句型是英語中常用的重要句型之一，意為“某處有某物或某人”，句子的結(jié)尾往往帶有地點狀語或時間狀語，其中there是引導詞，本身沒有詞義，be是謂語動詞，be后的名詞或代詞是句子的主語。

21-6 There be與have（has）的區(qū)別

（1）意義不同：There be表示存在關(guān)系，指某處有某物；have（has）表示所屬關(guān)系，指某人或某物所有或具有。如：

There wasn't anything interesting in yesterday's newspaper.昨天的報紙上沒有什么有趣的東西。

I have a brother.我有個弟弟。

The table has four legs.那張桌子有四條腿。

（2）結(jié)構(gòu)不同：There be句型的結(jié)構(gòu)是：There be+sb./sth.+時間/地點（副詞或介詞短語）；have （has）句型的結(jié)構(gòu)是：sb./sth.+have （has）+sb./sth.

There are some children in the garden.花園里有幾個孩子。

She has three cars.她擁有三輛汽車。（汽車是屬于她的）

注意：

若是部分與整體關(guān)系時，有時用兩種表達方式都可以。如：

A week has seven days.=There are seven days in a week.一周有七天。
