1.使用雙重屬格應(yīng)注意：of 前面的名詞一定要有一個(gè)a an , two, any, some, several, no, few, another,或 this, that, those修飾語(yǔ)(不可以是one 或the)

I like to read a novel of Lu Xun’s

Do you know any friend of my husband’s

Two classmates of my sister’s will come to join us.

That car of Peter’s is always breaking down.

It’s another book of my father’s

注意:

I like books of your brother’s錯(cuò)

I like the book of your brother’s 錯(cuò)

2.of 前面的名詞不能是專有名詞

This is Joan of his auntie’s.錯(cuò)

3.of后面的名詞必須是特定的

These books of my friend’s are interesting

不說(shuō)：These books of a certain friend’s are interesting.

4. of后面的名詞必須是指人的詞

不說(shuō)：It is leaf of the book’s.

5.a (this, some) + 名詞 + of +’s所有格表示部分概念，也表示某種感情色彩

He is my father’s a friend.錯(cuò)

He is a my father’s friend 錯(cuò)

He is a friend of my father’s.對(duì)

I like that watch of your brother’s.
