Paul: Hey,Jim ,is Jessie coming with us?
喂，Jim，Jessie和我們一起來了嗎？
Jim: Yes.Why?
是的，為什么？
Paul: Nothing ,I'm just asking.
沒什么，我僅僅問一下。
Jim:Just asking ? But why is your face burning like mad? Ah- huh, someone has a crush on Jessie,doesn't he?
僅僅問一下？但是你的臉為什么變的如此熱紅？啊，有人已經(jīng)熱戀上Jessie，不是嗎？
Paul: Who has a crush?!
誰熱戀了？！
Jim:Come on ,paul,don't be such a chicken.If you like her, you've got to tell her,Maybe she likes you.
過來，家伙，別像一個(gè)小雞，如果你喜歡她就去告訴她，或許她會(huì)喜歡你。
Paul: But I don't have the guts to ask her out.

Jim: What're you so afraid of?

Jim:Just alive? I heard you're going out with Jane.
僅僅活著？聽說你和簡(jiǎn)約會(huì)了。
Paul: Where did you get that idea?

Jim: Oh,come on .Jane is a very nice girl, someone you meet only once in a lifetime.

Paul: Yeah,you're right.I'm not boasting ,but she's really as beautiful as she is intelligent.

Jim: Well, I really envy you for finding such a girl.

Jessie's boyfriend is a very nice person, but her friend Jim is concerned about his age....

Jim: Jessie, I know you like Tom a lot ,
Jessie，我知道你很喜歡Tom，
but what do you like abut him? Jessie: Well, there's just something about him,Don't you think so?
但是你特別喜歡他什么呢？好了，他很特別，你不這樣認(rèn)為嗎？
JimL Really? What's this something?
真的？那個(gè)特別是什么？
Jessie: Well, he's mature .handsome,gentle, and successful,I think he's my Mr.Right.
啊，他成熟，英俊，有風(fēng)度，又成功，我認(rèn)為他是我的意中人。
Jim: He's certainly mature,but don't you think he's a little old for you?He's almost twice as old as you are!
他當(dāng)然成熟，但是你不認(rèn)為對(duì)你來說他有點(diǎn)大嗎？他幾乎是你年齡的兩倍。
Jessie: Well, age shouldn't be something that comes in the way of a person's marriage.

As long as we love each other,age is not an issue.It never has been!

Jim: Come on. For a man who's so down, there's usually two reasons.

Either his career is going downhill,or he has a broken heart.You're so successful.,so....
一個(gè)是事業(yè)的每況愈下，或者有一個(gè)破碎的心，你是如此成功，因此。。
Tom: Well, you're right,I just broke up with Jane.

Jim: Oh,I'm sorry ,I thought you two were made for each other.

Tom: Well,you never know,I'm ready for a commitment and want to settle down,
