Requirements of language
　　One, if you want your audience to understand your massage, your language must be simple and clear.
　　Two, use short words and short sentences.
　　Three, do not use jargon(專(zhuān)門(mén)術(shù)語(yǔ), 行話(huà), 土語(yǔ))unless you are certain that your audience understands it.
　　Four, in general talk about concrete(具體的, 有形的)facts rather than abstract(抽象的, 深?yuàn)W的, 理論的)ideas.
　　Five, use active(主動(dòng)的)verbs instead of passive(被動(dòng)的)verbs . Active verbs are much easier to understand, they are much more powerful.
　　語(yǔ)言要求
　　第一，如果你想你的聽(tīng)眾能聽(tīng)懂的的信息，你的語(yǔ)言必須要簡(jiǎn)介明了。
　　第二，使用簡(jiǎn)短的詞語(yǔ)和句子。
　　第三，除非你確定你的聽(tīng)眾能聽(tīng)懂，要不不要使用專(zhuān)門(mén)的術(shù)語(yǔ)。
　　第四，通常談?wù)摼唧w的事實(shí)要比談?wù)摮橄蟮睦碚摵谩?br /> 　　第五，使用主動(dòng)的詞代替被動(dòng)的詞。主動(dòng)的詞更易于理解和有力。
