I’m writing to tell you about the discussion we havehad about whether an entrance fee should be charged forparks.
Sixty percent of my schoolmates are for the idea thatan entrance fee should not be forced on the public. Theybelieve parks are the place where the public enjoythemselves at their leisure. They think that a gate and wallshave to be built if an entrance fee is to be charged. The citywill not look so beautiful as it should have.Forty percent of my schoolmates are for the idea thatan entrance fee is OK, but it shouldn’t be too high. Entrancefee can be used to pay the gardeners and buy new flowersand trees.
For myself, I’d like to say that if we all work hard tobuild our city into a flower garden, who cares about theentrance fee for parks?
