May: Why?
Gucci: Didn't you notice all the roses?
May：It's July 7th. Chinese Valentine's Day!
Gucci: Oh, God. I just forget it.
May: I thought you had trouble with Clive!
Gucci: No. But now he will be in bigger trouble! What's a boyfriend for? Forget about Valentine's Day?
May: Poor guy! It's not fair. You forgot it too.

2.What're friends for! 這里是阿美表示自己會站在古奇一邊的表達(dá)，意思為：我肯定站在你這一邊，要不怎么說是朋友呢！在日常生活中，經(jīng)常是一方表示感謝，另一方會用這種表達(dá)方式表示不用客氣，意思為：朋友是用來干嗎的呀，這是做朋友該做的。
3.Two is company. 完整的表達(dá)應(yīng)是：Two's company, three's none. 意思為：兩人成伴，三人不歡。

祈使句
與中文中的定義一樣，英語中的祈使句也是表示提出命令、勸告、警告、禁止和請求等的句子，以動詞原形開頭，句末用感嘆號或句號，一般用降調(diào)。祈使句的主語通常都是第二人稱，所以通常都省略。
1.祈使句的肯定形式
（1）動詞原形開頭
Look at the blackboard, please. 請看黑板。
Pass the paper to me, please! 請把紙傳給我。
（2）在開頭的動詞前加do 可加強(qiáng)語氣
Do come to school on time tomorrow. 明天務(wù)必準(zhǔn)時到校。
Do keep your bedroom clean and tidy. 務(wù)必保持你的臥室干凈、整潔。
（3）用祈使句也可以表達(dá)客氣的語氣，在句首或句尾加please。在句尾加please時，要在please前加逗號
Keep quite, please. 請保持安靜。
May, come earlier next time, please. 阿美，下次請早點兒來。

Don't look out of the window. 別朝窗外看。
Don't be angry with me. 不要生我氣了。
