香港新開頂級(jí)咖啡館--Cook Light

Cook Light is as committed to good coffee as it is to vegetarian food -- and considering its slogan is "Go veggie," that's a very good thing.

Cook Light的素食料理跟咖啡一樣美味——它的口號(hào)(Go veggie)值得稱贊。

The coffee blend used here is smooth and creamy in taste, which makes it a perfect accompaniment to milk, which is served at the right temperature and very well frothed. The quality espresso is a bit variable, though we've heard that things are improving as the café settles in.

這間店的咖啡順滑濃郁，配搭牛奶更加美味，整杯咖啡的溫度剛好，奶泡也非常幼滑。Espresso的素質(zhì)則有點(diǎn)不穩(wěn)定，雖然我們聽說咖啡店上軌道后情況有所改善。

The only big problem is that the place is so small, there's nowhere to sip a coffee once the Quarry Bay office hordes descend. Luckily, a takeaway latte or cappuccino is only HK$19.
