　　how CAN I NOT.. why DO YOU NOT...這與語法規(guī)則相悖，但是在口語中常用，正式句型為：how cannot I tell.. why don't you...

　　補充: (又看了一遍電影), 這種方法應該是為了突出: 沒有做某事...,因為聽劇中人用這種否定詞后置緊跟動詞的時候, 否定詞not總是重讀的...
