Art comes in many different forms and some are more... complicated than others. Some could say even a little bit puzzling. These mazes by artist Sean Jackson is the perfect example that art can not only be exceptionally pretty but also excellent mind-twisters. Mr. Jackson first fell in love with mazes as a child when he discovered Larry Evans' book, "3 Dimensional Mazes," and tried to capture those worlds in his drawings as well. He kept it up as a hobby ever since. He says that "smaller mazes only take a few hours. The largest and most complex mazes take over 30 hours to complete," but he manages to finish it by spreading out the work over days or weeks. But he doesn't stick only to mazes. "I draw portraits for observational practice and discipline with ballpoint work. It is a way to void the rut of only drawing little buildings".
