全國人權教育與研究研討會在西安舉行

A seminar on national human rights education and research was held in Xi'an, Shaanxi province, last Thursday.

上周四，一場關于國民人權教育與研究的研討會在陜西省西安市舉行。

The event was co-organized by China Society for Human Rights Studies and Publicity Department of Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China.

該研討會是由中國人權研究會和中共陜西省委宣傳部共同主辦的。

Participants said China has made historic progress in the development of human rights during the 40 years of reform and opening-up, building a relatively complete system of human rights protection and opening up a human rights development road suitable to the country's conditions, the seminar organizers said in a statement.

研討會組織者在一份聲明中表示，與會人士指出，在改革開放40年的時間里，中國的人權發(fā)展取得了歷史性的進步，建立了相對完整的人權保障體系，開辟了一條適合中國國情的人權發(fā)展道路。

In recent years, human rights education and research institutes, experts and scholars in the field actively participate in international exchanges, explaining and interpreting Chinese human rights concepts and development paths, according to the statement.

聲明稱，近年來，人權教育與研究機構及專家學者積極參與國際交流，闡釋中國人權理念和發(fā)展道路。

About one hundred experts and scholars and representatives of relevant departments took part in the seminar and discussed various topics, including talent cultivation of human rights and theoretical innovation on human rights in the new era, the statement said.

聲明指出，大約有100名專家、學者和相關實務部門代表參加了此次研討會，并對“人權人才培養(yǎng)”、“新時代人權理論創(chuàng)新”等多個議題進行了討論。
