　　21世紀(jì)被人們稱為“網(wǎng)絡(luò)稱雄”的時(shí)代，網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間(cyberspace)將是本世紀(jì)重要的戰(zhàn)略資源。網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論產(chǎn)生了重大影響，甚至改變著傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中的許多理論。網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)具有明顯的規(guī)模效應(yīng)，規(guī)模越大，用戶越多，產(chǎn)品越具有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)性，所帶來(lái)的商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)就越多，其效益就越大，但是網(wǎng)絡(luò)再神奇，它也不能脫離傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)而獨(dú)立存在。脫離了傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)就成了無(wú)水之源、無(wú)本之木。
