A: Hi, my name is Tlotlo and I am from Botswana.

A: And our question is how much sleep do you get a night?

B: Maybe three or four hours on the weekdays.

A: My sleeping pattern has actually changed recently because I used to get about eight hours of sleep and these days I just get about five hours at most and sometimes even four, which is not really good.
我的睡眠時最近一直在改,因為我以前晚上要保證8小時睡眠,可是最近我最多睡5個小時,有時甚至只能睡4個小時,這不太好。
B: What changed, what happened?

A: School. School is really hectic so you get your sleep very early in the morning and obviously with school you have other activities going on, there's a lot going on because I'm in college now so basically there is a lot going on in my life at the moment, so my sleeping pattern has like drastically changed. From eight to four that's a very big change.
學校。學校里有很多事,非常忙,所以早上很早就要起床,而且學校還有其他活動,我現(xiàn)在在上大學,目前我生活中有很多事情要做,所以我的睡眠時間發(fā)生了巨大的改變。從8個小時減到4個小時,非常大的變化。
B: A very big change.

A: Yes. So what about you?

B: I think I play many games at home.

A: Yeah, I watch movies sometimes and it disrupts the sleeping pattern.

B: But I think it's bad for my health, I think I need to start sleeping for eight hours a day.

A: I wish I could go back to that.
