老公: Can’t you ask me not to do the dishes?

可不可以不要叫我洗碗啊?

老婆: I can know you just from an odd thing , tell you, the bowls have been done.

小小事情就能試到你，那碗早就洗好啦!

老公: I was kidding,actually, I like doing housework.

我是開玩笑的，其實我是很喜歡做家務的。

老婆: I also played a joke just now, the bowls are still there.

我也是開玩笑的，那碗其實沒有洗啦。
