　　A: Your cat is beautiful. She’s so peaceful, so languorous there in the sun.

　　B: Well, just because she looks incurious does not mean she is!

　　A: Why? Does she chase mice at night?

　　B: Oh, no! On the subject of mice she is lukewarm, but show her a mosquito and she goes crazy!

　　A: 你的貓好漂亮。她那么安靜地曬著太陽，一副懶洋洋的樣子。

　　B: 她只是看上去沒好奇心罷了，實際上可不是!

　　A: 怎么?她晚上抓老鼠?

　　B: 噢，不是!她對老鼠不感興趣，不過要是有只蚊子，那她可就瘋狂了。

　　languorous: 倦怠的;沒精打采的。

　　incurious: 不好奇的;不感興趣的;漫不經(jīng)心的。

　　chase: 追捕。

　　lukewarm: 不熱情的;冷淡的;不冷不熱的。
