Mr. Ford : Okay, so if we could dim the lights， Jonathan, we can kick-off with the first TV advert. Please note that we are still in the early days with this advert, so it might seem a bitrough round the edges. Okay, so. just need to click this and the advert should pop up on thescreen...
Mr. Ford: Hmmmmmm. Sorry about this. Bear with me a second. There seems to be a problem with the projector. Let me see. could you lend a hand a second?
Mr. Ford :It looks like the projector is not recognizing the computer. Let me check the connection a second... Well the connection seems okay, and the computer is running normally.
Mr. Ford :Okay. Sorry guys. Obviously a problem with the system. Let’s just reboot and start over. Let’s see if this resolves the issue.
Mr. Ford: Right, let’s try again. No, still nothing ,Michael. There might be a technical issue with the projector. I think maybe the projector has overheated. We might need to cool it down for ten minutes and start again. I’ll call IT support to come over right now.
Mr. Ford: Okay guys. Unfortunately technical problems do crop up from time to time, don’t they? But it’s not a huge problem. In the meantime while the IT guys get to work on that I can talk a little bit more about the advertising concept and what we are looking to achieve overallwith this campaign.

Mr. Ford: 很抱歉，請耐心等我下，放映機(jī)好像有點(diǎn)毛病，我來檢查下，你能幫我下嗎?
Mr. Ford: 看起來放映機(jī)不能識別電腦，我來檢查下連接，連接看起來沒問題，電腦也沒問題。
Mr. Ford: 很抱歉，系統(tǒng)看來又問題，我們重啟下，看是否能解決問題。
Mr. Ford: 我們再試試吧，仍然什么都沒有，Michael。放映機(jī)也許有技術(shù)問題，我想也許是放映機(jī)太熱了。我們需要冷卻10分，然后重啟。我會給IT服務(wù)中心打電話叫他們馬上過來。
Mr. Ford: 很不幸的是，技術(shù)問題總是不時突然出現(xiàn)，不是嗎?但不是大問題。在IT人員檢查機(jī)器的同事，我想說點(diǎn)廣告方面的事，以及通過宣傳活動我們將要達(dá)成什么樣的目標(biāo)。
