Jenny: Have you noticed that Julia always looks at herself whenever there’s a mirror around?

羅絲：她似乎總是想利用她的外貌來迷人。
Rose: I know. She seems to be fascinated by the way she looks.

珍妮：是的。她花很多時間和金錢買衣服。她總是想法兒讓別人稱贊她的衣服。我的意思是她的問題在哪？
Jenny: Yeah. She spends for too much time and money on her clothes. And she is always trying to get compliments on the way she dresses. I mean what is her problem?

Rose: I don’t know. Well, have you seen Bob recently? He’s really put on weight, may-be he should try to lose a little bit of it.

Jenny: Jenny: Yes, he should, but he’s just too lazy to exercise.

羅絲：是的，那就太糟了，不是嗎？
Rose: Yeah, it’s kind of sad, isn’t it?

Jenny: Really. He should go out running or something.

羅絲：我同意。
Rose: I agree.
