2. Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donte Stallworth is facing up to 15 years in prison if convicted after being charged with killing a pedestrian while driving drunk. The accident happened last month and he is expected to surrender in court Thursday.

3. Federal authorities are seizing the Palm Beach mansion of disgraced financier Bernard Madoff. They also seized an antique yacht and a smaller boat from two Florida marinas. It's all part of an effort to recoup assets to reimburse investors that Madoff has admitted he swindled.

4. A man who was diving and got a spear stuck in his head is talking about the bizarre fishing accident just three days after surgery. The spear lodged six inches in his brain. And surgeons say he would have been killed if it had gone in at even a slightly different angle.
