喜歡吃肉嗎？愛吃肉的朋友們可要好好學(xué)習(xí)這一課了，不然你想吃哪個(gè)肉菜卻說(shuō)不出來(lái)，可就要著急啦。

我通常吃雞肉、豬肉和牛肉。I usually eat chicken, pork and beef.

  = How would you like your steak prepared?

我想要熟透的牛排。I’d like my steak well-done.

○ I’d like my steak rare. 我想牛排燒得生一些。

★ medium [5mi:djEm] a. 半生不熟的，五分熟的

這肉太肥了。This meat is too fatty.

○ The meat is too greasy. 這肉太油膩了。

這肉太老了。This meat is too tough.

○This meat is still pink! 這肉還沒熟!

○The meat is overcooked. 這肉燒得過(guò)火了。

I’ll buy some meat from the butcher’s and cook for you.

Frank：
That’s right. Mutton chops taste so good. We eat them with sauce. Have you ever tried?

Jane：
Yes, I have. I tried once when I visited your country last year. I think they were very tasty. Can you cook them?

Frank：
Certainly I can. I’lI buy some from the butcher’s^? and cook for you next Sunday.

Jane：
That sounds great^?. I’ll bring a bottle of wine then.

吃過(guò)，去年去你們國(guó)家時(shí)吃過(guò)一次，我覺得味道很不錯(cuò)。你會(huì)做嗎？

弗蘭克：
當(dāng)然會(huì)了。我到肉店買些肉下星期天做給你吃。
