高中英語作文：一份兼職工作A Part-time Job

　　During my summer holiday in 2003, I found a part-time job as a cleaner in KFC.I did not realize that it was not an easy job before I didit.I had to work seven hours a day, which would last three weeks.The job was tiring and boring because I had to get up early and went to bed late.Every day I had to repeat the same work, which nearly made me mad.I almost gave it up, but finally I sticked it out until thenew semester began.The experience taught me a lesson that there is no free lunch. I have to work hard to get what I want.So the experience is very meaningful and I know the value of labour.

　　2003年暑假期間，我在KFC找到了一份保潔員的兼職工作。在做這份工作之前，我根本沒認(rèn)識到這份工作的艱辛。每天我要工作七個小時，為期三周。這份工作辛苦而且枯燥，因為我不得不早起晚睡。每天我都重復(fù)著同樣的工作，這樣的生活使我快要發(fā)瘋了。我差點(diǎn)就要放棄了，但是最終我堅持下來了，直到新學(xué)期開學(xué)。這次工作經(jīng)驗教會了我“天下沒有免費(fèi)的午餐”，我要努力爭取我所想要得到的。所以說那是一件非常有意義的事情，從中我認(rèn)識到了勞動的價值所在。
