Nowadays，many students have found it hard to communicate with teachers．In order to prevent the gap between students and teachers from building up，I hold the opinion that students and teachers should get along with each other like friends．

As to students，it is significant to regard teachers as friends．On one hand，teachers are always ready to help you with your difficulties and hardship．On the other hand，they are looking forward to talking with students freely about study，life，fashion and so on．When you would like to develop a new relationship with teachers，don't look on them as those unapproachable．Just try to talk with your teachers like friends and you will gain a lot．

As to teachers，the core of improving the relationship with your students is a mutual task．Teachers should treat students genuinely like friends．In addition，being fair to every student is also crucial．While some teachers prefer top students in particular，those who want to build a new relationship with their students should treat every student the same and cherish them．
