(一)題型描述
顧名思義,即給出了圖畫(huà)(漫畫(huà)或圖片)要求考生寫(xiě)出文章。在2012年6月之前,圖畫(huà)作文可以說(shuō)是考研英語(yǔ)的專利,因?yàn)閺?998年開(kāi)始,考研英語(yǔ)(尤其是2010年分出的考研英語(yǔ)一)幾乎每次考的都是圖畫(huà)作文。但是近兩年這種局面被打破。繼2012年6月六級(jí)考查了圖畫(huà)作文之后,2013年6月四級(jí)作文也破天荒地考查了圖畫(huà)作文。作為四六級(jí)的新興題型,這種寫(xiě)作自然會(huì)引起大家的重視,但完全沒(méi)有必要驚慌,因?yàn)橛写罅康目佳杏⒄Z(yǔ)寫(xiě)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以借鑒,而且相比此前講過(guò)的作文類型而言,圖畫(huà)作文只不過(guò)多了一段看圖說(shuō)話的文字,另外兩段的拓展方式甚至語(yǔ)言都與前述類型很像,的確沒(méi)什么可怕的。在這里以2012年6月的真題為例進(jìn)行講解。
(二)真題示例
2012年6月六級(jí)真題
Directions:For this part,you are allowed 30 minutes to write a short essay entitled The Impact of the Internet on Interpersonal Communication.Your essay should start with a brief description of the picture.You should write at least 150 words but no more than 200 words.
(三)整體構(gòu)思
如前文所述,從2011年12月開(kāi)始,六級(jí)寫(xiě)作不再給出具體提綱。在這道題中,只是要求考生在作文開(kāi)始的部分簡(jiǎn)要描述圖畫(huà)(Your essay should start with a brief description of the picture)。但是,在此基礎(chǔ)上很容易想到如下三個(gè)步驟:
·描述圖畫(huà)
·闡述寓意
·總結(jié)、建議或其他
(四)分段寫(xiě)作
下面分別講解每一段的寫(xiě)作。
第一段
本段不用太長(zhǎng),一般2~3句,按先主后次或時(shí)間、空間順序?qū)懗雠c主題相關(guān)的細(xì)節(jié)。語(yǔ)言上常用現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí),可用復(fù)雜簡(jiǎn)單句(即用分詞短語(yǔ)、介詞短語(yǔ)等作定語(yǔ)或狀語(yǔ))、并列句(如用while連接兩個(gè)句子)、復(fù)合句(如非限制性定語(yǔ)從句)和倒裝句(如方位詞+系動(dòng)詞+主語(yǔ))。
第二段
按題目要求,本段應(yīng)該寫(xiě)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對(duì)人際交流的影響(The Impact of the Internet on Interpersonal Communication)。當(dāng)然,圖中所體現(xiàn)的影響似乎是不好的:父親想與女兒面對(duì)面交流,而女兒卻拒絕了,讓父親去看她的博客。但如果在考場(chǎng)上只寫(xiě)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)人際交流的負(fù)面影響,詞數(shù)寫(xiě)不夠,也可以稍微提及其正面影響:有些話確實(shí)不方便面對(duì)面說(shuō),即使是父母和子女之間也可以通過(guò)文字交流來(lái)更方便、更充分地表達(dá)思想。在實(shí)際寫(xiě)作時(shí),可以采用讓步的方式,先提及其積極作用,然后話鋒一轉(zhuǎn),重點(diǎn)說(shuō)其負(fù)面影響。這可以叫讓步反駁法,也可以叫陳述利弊的寫(xiě)法。當(dāng)然,后面我們?cè)凇澳０遄兡槨钡牟糠诌€會(huì)提及其他方法來(lái)闡述寓意,如舉例論證法、分析原因法、分析結(jié)果法。
第三段
其實(shí)第三段在構(gòu)思上并不難,可以對(duì)原文進(jìn)行總結(jié),即用不一樣的詞句再次表達(dá)圖畫(huà)的寓意,也可以就負(fù)面影響提出解決辦法,或者展望一下未來(lái)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對(duì)人際交流的影響。
(五)高分模板
其實(shí),通過(guò)這篇文章的寫(xiě)作,可以總結(jié)出一批圖畫(huà)作文的模板,即下文中畫(huà)線的部分:

(七)模板變臉
其實(shí),圖畫(huà)作文還可以細(xì)分。上述模板適用于寫(xiě)分析事物利弊的話題,可稱為“陳述利弊型”,在第二段的擴(kuò)展中可以說(shuō)用的是“陳述利弊”的寫(xiě)法。而有些圖畫(huà)揭示的完全是壞事(可稱為“解決問(wèn)題型”),有些揭示的完全是好事(可稱為“良性趨勢(shì)型”),還有些揭示的是永恒的哲理(可稱為“人生哲理型”),在寫(xiě)第二段時(shí)需要使用其他方法,具體而言就是“舉例論證”、“分析原因”、“分析影響”。所用的模板句自然就有相應(yīng)的變化。下面分別舉例。
1.解決問(wèn)題型
