A: I’m sorry to bother you.
B: It’s no bother. What can I do for you?
A: 不好意思，我想麻煩你一下。
B: 不麻煩。我能為你做什么呢？

This is a good way to interrupt someone. They will probably respond with the same response as “B” automatically!

B: Don’t be sorry. There are no silly questions when you are learning!
