The strains of a flute, wafted on the cool night air, echo through the moon-blanched mountains.
Along densely shadowed paths flowers without name or number diffuse their charm.
The chess game ends, with it a whole age in the world of man. Of this the stranger is unaware.
He has drunk deep of the cup offered, yet he cannot help yearning for home.
