Yeah，no pains , no gains . We are all in the position of thefarmer. If we plant a good seed, we reap a good harvest. If ourseed is poor and full of weeds, we reap a useless crop. If weplant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

是的，一分耕耘一分收獲。我們每個(gè)人都像是農(nóng)夫。灑下良種將有豐收，播下劣種或生滿野草便將毀去收成。沒(méi)有耕耘則會(huì)一無(wú)所獲。

The past is gone and static. Nothing we can do will change it. The future is before us and dynamic.Everything we do will affect it. Each day brings with it new frontiers, in our homes and in ourbusiness, if we only recognize them. We are just at the beginning of the progress in every field ofhuman endeavor.

往昔已逝，靜如止水;我們無(wú)法再作改變。而前方的未來(lái)正生機(jī)勃勃;我們所做的每一件事都將會(huì)影響著它。只要我們認(rèn)識(shí)到這些，無(wú)論是在家中還是在工作上，每天我們的面前都會(huì)展現(xiàn)出新的天地。在人類致力開拓的每一片領(lǐng)域上，我們正站在進(jìn)步的起跑點(diǎn)。

Just remember tomorrow will be better.　I want the future to be better than the past. I don’t wantit contaminated by the mistakes and errors with which history is filled. We should all be concernedabout the future because that is where we will spend the remainder of our lives.

記住明天會(huì)更好。我希望未來(lái)比過(guò)去更加美好，希望未來(lái)不會(huì)沾染歷史的錯(cuò)誤與過(guò)失。我們都應(yīng)舉目向前，因我們的余生要用未來(lái)書寫。
