'I know how you feel.' 是說"我明白你的感受"。
“I'm so upset this morning. I lost my wallet on the way to work."(今天早上我特別生氣,在去上班的路上我把錢包丟了。)

你還可以說 'I hope you feel better soon.'"希望你趕快好起來"。
