The United States' move to put some Chinese firms on a "notorious markets" list might hurt the companies' reputation and China is concerned about the issue, a commerce ministry official said Sunday。
商務(wù)部官員周日稱,美國將一些中國企業(yè)列為“惡名企業(yè)”的做法對(duì)相關(guān)企業(yè)的聲譽(yù)可能會(huì)造成不良影響,商務(wù)部將對(duì)此表示關(guān)注。
"Notorious markets" list就是所謂的“惡名企業(yè)名單”,是由the Office of the US Trade Representative (美國貿(mào)易代表辦公室,USTR)發(fā)布的。美國方面稱名單中的企業(yè)均有counterfeiting and piracy(假冒和盜版)以及Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) infringements(侵犯知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán))的行為,該名單是對(duì)所有offending markets(違規(guī)企業(yè))的一個(gè)警示。
