表達(dá)難點(diǎn):我們每個(gè)人最想問(wèn)、最應(yīng)該問(wèn)----卻最不適合問(wèn)的問(wèn)題。面試比較高層次的工作,一般工資福利都會(huì)在之前透露出來(lái)。面試entry level的職位,特別是類(lèi)似店員、收銀、護(hù)工、廚師這類(lèi)服務(wù)性工作,勞動(dòng)人民普遍比較爽快,習(xí)慣有話(huà)直說(shuō),你盡可以大膽的問(wèn)“What’s the pay like?” 麻煩的是中級(jí)職位,雙方都會(huì)小心翼翼,互相試探著看能不能多占對(duì)方點(diǎn)兒便宜。這樣的情況下,面試官問(wèn)“Do you have any questions for me?” ,實(shí)際上是在給你挖坑呢!
表述技巧:WATCH OUT!既然前面有坑,第一件事就是堅(jiān)決不跳。關(guān)于薪水的問(wèn)題,最好是留給面試官抗不住了先來(lái)問(wèn)你。在我以往面試過(guò)的幾百人中,主動(dòng)開(kāi)口問(wèn)工資的幾乎很少幸存下來(lái)。即便僥幸“活“下來(lái),我的經(jīng)驗(yàn)來(lái)看,都沒(méi)能經(jīng)得住后來(lái)的考驗(yàn)。當(dāng)然也有另外一個(gè)極端的例子:曾經(jīng)有來(lái)面試的人向我表達(dá)即便不給錢(qián)也要干活兒的良好愿望。我除了心里感嘆一聲“傻孩子啊,不知人間疾苦”,并沒(méi)有給他們?nèi)魏?a>SPECIAL CONSIDERATION。有坑不跳是常識(shí),但難免有人抑制不住好奇要下去看看,這時(shí)候就只能采取迂回的方式了:先問(wèn)問(wèn)公司對(duì)你這個(gè)職位設(shè)定的具體工作描述,然后一臉無(wú)辜的“順便問(wèn)一下”這個(gè)職位的大概工資待遇。此方法貌似很傻很天真,但有可能讓面試官覺(jué)得你很壞很狡猾,PLEASE USE WITH CAUTION。
