Irishman and a Pub

An Irishman was drinking at the pub all night. The bartender came up to him and told him that the bar was closing. So the Irishman stood up to leave and fell flat on his face. He tried to stand up one more time with the same result. So he figured he’d just crawl outside，hang out for a while，get some fresh air and hopefully that would sober him up. Once outside he stood up and fell again right on his face. So he decided to crawl the four blocks to his home and when he arrived at the door he tried one more time with the same results. Exhausted，he then gave up and started crawling to the bedroom.

When he reached his bed he tried one more time to stand up. This time he managed to pull himself upright but he quickly fell right into the bed and fell sound asleep as soon as his head hit the pillow. The next morning，he woke up with his wife standing over him shouting at him.“So，you’ve been out drinking again??！”

“What makes you say that？”He asked as he put on an innocent look.

“The pub called that you left your wheelchair there again.

愛爾蘭人和酒館

一個愛爾蘭人在一間酒館里喝了整晚的酒。酒館招待走到他跟前，告訴他要打烊了。于是愛爾蘭人站起來準備離開，但他臉朝下直挺挺地摔倒了。他試著再次站起來，又摔了下去。因此他想，就爬著出去吧，歇一會兒，再呼吸點新鮮空氣，也許酒就醒了。在酒館外面，他又試著站起來，但還是摔倒了。他決定爬過四條街回家。等到了家門口，他又試著站起來，結(jié)果還是一樣，于是他放棄了努力，爬到了臥室。

到了床邊，他再次試著站起來。這次，他終于讓自己筆直地站了起來，但很快一頭跌倒在床上，當他腦袋一碰到枕頭，就美美地睡著了。第二天早上，一睜眼看見妻子狠狠地盯著他大叫道：“你在外面又喝醉了??！”

“你憑什么這么說？”他一臉無辜地看著妻子問道。

“酒館打電話來說，你又把輪椅丟在那兒了。”
