加快建設(shè)全國統(tǒng)一大市場頂層設(shè)計(jì)出爐

China has released a guideline on accelerating the establishment of a unified domestic market that is highly efficient, rules-based, fair for competition, and open. China aims to promote the efficient circulation and expansion of the domestic market, foster a stable, fair, transparent, and predictable business environment, and reduce market transaction costs. It further aims to boost sci-tech innovation and industrial upgrade, and cultivate new advantages for participating in international competition and cooperation, said the guideline, jointly issued by the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council.

《中共中央 國務(wù)院關(guān)于加快建設(shè)全國統(tǒng)一大市場的意見》近日發(fā)布。意見明確，加快建設(shè)高效規(guī)范、公平競爭、充分開放的全國統(tǒng)一大市場。持續(xù)推動(dòng)國內(nèi)市場高效暢通和規(guī)模拓展，加快營造穩(wěn)定公平透明可預(yù)期的營商環(huán)境，進(jìn)一步降低市場交易成本，促進(jìn)科技創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)，培育參與國際競爭合作新優(yōu)勢。

Efforts will be made to improve a unified property rights protection system, implement a unified market access system, and optimize a unified social credit system.
推動(dòng)完善統(tǒng)一的產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)制度，實(shí)行統(tǒng)一的市場準(zhǔn)入制度，健全統(tǒng)一的社會(huì)信用制度。
