3 rural court yards with 24 rooms in Fangezhuang Village in Huairou District have been transformed into modern apartments designed for people working in the Huairou Science City. It is an effort made by the village to boost local farmers ‘income. Located in the core area of the Huairou Science City, the annual rent for each court yard is around 12,000 yuan, it will also create 5 to 6 job opportunities for local farmers. Currently, a number of research institutes are based in the Huairou Science City, their employees are expected to grow to 10,000 by 2025.
地處懷柔科學城核心區(qū)，懷柔區(qū)雁棲鎮(zhèn)范各莊村正在嘗試一條增收致富新路：改造農(nóng)民閑置房屋，建設(shè)單身人才公寓，取名“科學家工作室”，為科學城提供配套。首批3套院子24間客房已經(jīng)完成改造裝修，即將迎來科研人員入住。按目前的市場價，一套院子含8個房間，租金可以達到12000元。同時，村里提供相關(guān)物業(yè)管理、園林綠化、街道衛(wèi)生等崗位，還可以解決5至6人就業(yè)。截至目前，懷柔科學城已有超過5000名科研人員入住，預(yù)計到2025年，將達到一萬人以上。
