我國(guó)擬建數(shù)據(jù)分類分級(jí)保護(hù)制度

The Cyberspace Administration of China on Sunday issued a set of draft management regulations on protecting internet data security to solicit opinion from the public.

國(guó)家網(wǎng)信辦11月14日公布《網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)安全管理?xiàng)l例(征求意見(jiàn)稿)》，并向社會(huì)公開(kāi)征求意見(jiàn)。

According to the regulations, the country shall establish a category- and class-based data protection system.

征求意見(jiàn)稿明確，國(guó)家將建立數(shù)據(jù)分類分級(jí)保護(hù)制度。

The data will be classified as common, important and core based on its importance to national security, public interests, as well as the legitimate rights and interests of relevant individuals or organizations. Different protection measures based on the classifications will be imposed.

按照數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)國(guó)家安全、公共利益或者個(gè)人、組織合法權(quán)益的影響和重要程度，將數(shù)據(jù)分為一般數(shù)據(jù)、重要數(shù)據(jù)、核心數(shù)據(jù)，不同級(jí)別的數(shù)據(jù)采取不同的保護(hù)措施。

Data processing entities should set up emergency response mechanisms to limit the damage caused by potential data security incidents.

數(shù)據(jù)處理者應(yīng)當(dāng)建立數(shù)據(jù)安全應(yīng)急處置機(jī)制，發(fā)生數(shù)據(jù)安全事件時(shí)及時(shí)啟動(dòng)應(yīng)急響應(yīng)機(jī)制，采取措施防止危害擴(kuò)大。
