顧誦芬、王大中獲國(guó)家最高科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)

Two scientists, aircraft designer Gu Songfen and nuclear expert Wang Dazhong, won the State Preeminent Science and Technology Award on Wednesday for their outstanding contributions to scientific and technological innovation.

11月3日，飛機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)大師顧誦芬和核能科學(xué)家王大中因在科學(xué)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中的突出貢獻(xiàn)榮獲國(guó)家最高科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)。

Gu, born in 1930 in Jiangsu province, is a renowned aircraft designer.

顧誦芬，1930年出生于江蘇，我國(guó)著名飛機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)大師。

He was in charge of the aerodynamic design of the Shenyang JJ-1, the Nanchang CJ-6, and the Shenyang J-8 and J-8-II, laying the foundations of subsonic and supersonic aircraft design in the country.

他主持了殲教1、初教6、殲8、殲8Ⅱ飛機(jī)氣動(dòng)布局設(shè)計(jì)，奠定了我國(guó)亞音速飛機(jī)和超音速飛機(jī)氣動(dòng)力設(shè)計(jì)的基石。

Wang, born in 1935 in Hebei province, is an internationally renowned nuclear energy scientist and educator.

王大中，1935年出生于河北，國(guó)際著名的核能科學(xué)家、教育家。

Wang has worked in nuclear energy technology for decades, presiding over the research, design, construction and operation of China's first 5 mW Low Temperature Nuclear Heating Reactor (NHR-5) and the nation's first 10 mW High Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor (HTR-10).

他在先進(jìn)核能技術(shù)研發(fā)領(lǐng)域幾十年耕耘，主持研究、設(shè)計(jì)、建造、運(yùn)行成功我國(guó)第一座5MW殼式一體化低溫核供熱堆以及第一座10MW模塊式球床高溫氣冷實(shí)驗(yàn)堆。
