家庭教育促進(jìn)法草案10月19日提請十三屆全國人大常委會第三十一次會議三審。
The draft law on family education promotion was submitted on Tuesday to the ongoing session of the National People's Congress Standing Committee for its third reading. The draft stipulates parents or other guardians of minors should appropriately organize childrens' time for study, rest, recreation and physical exercise. Parents are also required to play their part in preventing their children from being addicted to the internet.
草案明確,父母或其他監(jiān)護(hù)人應(yīng)當(dāng)合理安排未成年人學(xué)習(xí)、休息、娛樂和體育鍛煉的時(shí)間,避免加重未成年人學(xué)習(xí)負(fù)擔(dān),預(yù)防未成年人沉迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
County-level and higher levels of government should take measures to reduce the homework and after-school tutoring workload of students in primary and middle schools, the draft said, adding they should facilitate communication between schools and families to promote coordination of family and school education.
縣級以上地方人民政府應(yīng)當(dāng)采取措施,減輕義務(wù)教育階段學(xué)生作業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)和校外培訓(xùn)負(fù)擔(dān),暢通學(xué)校家庭溝通渠道,推動學(xué)校教育和家庭教育相互配合。
