校外培訓(xùn)收費(fèi)實(shí)行政府指導(dǎo)價(jià)管理

China will adopt a government-guided pricing mechanism for off-campus curriculum-subject tutoring services for students in compulsory education, the country's top economic planner said Monday.

國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委9月6日發(fā)布通知，明確義務(wù)教育階段學(xué)科類校外培訓(xùn)收費(fèi)依法實(shí)行政府指導(dǎo)價(jià)。

As institutions offering such services are categorized as non-profit organizations, the government will set basic fee standards and a floating range for both online and offline classes, according to a circular released by the National Development and Reform Commission.

義務(wù)教育階段線上和線下學(xué)科類校外培訓(xùn)屬于非營(yíng)利性機(jī)構(gòu)，由政府制定基準(zhǔn)收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和浮動(dòng)幅度。

The upward floating range set by local governments should be capped at 10 percent.

各地制定的浮動(dòng)幅度，上浮不得超過(guò)10%。
