卡拉OK將建違規(guī)曲目清單

China will create a blacklist for karaoke songs, banning those that contain harmful content at karaoke venues across the country, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism said on Tuesday. On the list are songs containing content that endangers national unity, sovereignty or territorial integrity; violates China's religious policies and spreads cults and superstitions; and advocates obscenity, gambling, violence and drug-related crimes or instigating crimes, according to a set of interim regulations issued by the ministry.

文化和旅游部8月10日印發(fā)《歌舞娛樂場所卡拉OK音樂內(nèi)容管理暫行規(guī)定》，根據(jù)規(guī)定，文旅部將建立全國卡拉OK音樂違規(guī)曲目清單制度，歌舞娛樂場所不得出現(xiàn)使用含有違法違規(guī)內(nèi)容的卡拉OK音樂，包括：危害國家統(tǒng)一、主權或者領土完整的;違反國家宗教政策，宣揚邪教、迷信的;宣揚淫穢、賭博、暴力以及與毒品有關的違法犯罪活動，或者教唆犯罪的等。

The regulations will take effect on Oct 1, 2021.

本規(guī)定將于2021年10月1日起施行。

China has nearly 50,000 entertainment venues such as karaoke bars, which have a basic music library of over 100,000 songs.

目前我國有近5萬家歌舞娛樂場所，歌舞娛樂場所歌曲點播系統(tǒng)基礎曲庫達10萬首以上。
