埃及一動(dòng)物園給驢畫黑白紋冒充斑馬

An Egyptian zoo was busted trying to pass off painted donkeys as zebras -- but is refusing to admit that the animals are obvious frauds.

近日，埃及一家動(dòng)物園被發(fā)現(xiàn)試圖用畫過(guò)的驢子冒充斑馬，但卻拒絕承認(rèn)這種明顯的欺詐行為。

A local student spotted the two "zebras" at Cairo's International Garden municipal park last week and posted photos on Facebook showing the donkeys'black "stripes" smudged across their faces.

上周，一名當(dāng)?shù)氐膶W(xué)生在開羅的國(guó)際花園市政公園發(fā)現(xiàn)了這兩只“斑馬”，并在Facebook上發(fā)布了照片，照片中驢子臉上的黑色“條紋”都花了。

Running makeup aside, the animals also sport distinctively pointy donkey ears and lack a zebra's black snout.

除開化妝不說(shuō)，這些動(dòng)物還長(zhǎng)著驢子獨(dú)特的尖尖耳朵，并且沒(méi)有斑馬的黑色鼻子。

 

Several vets confirmed to Egyptian news outlet Extranews.tv that the animals are, indeed, donkeys and that the paint job is also pretty shoddy -- real zebra stripes are straighter andmore consistent, they say.

幾名獸醫(yī)向埃及新聞媒體Extranews.tv證實(shí)，這些動(dòng)物確實(shí)是驢，而且油漆活也相當(dāng)拙劣，他們稱真正的斑馬條紋要更直、更一致。

But zoo director Mohamed Sultan insisted to local media that they're genuine zebras, according to the BBC.

This isn't the first time a zoo has tried to dress up donkeys as their distant African relatives -- an animal park in Gaza pulled the same stunt in 2009.

這已經(jīng)不是動(dòng)物園第一次嘗試把驢打扮成它們的非洲遠(yuǎn)方親戚了，2009年加沙的一個(gè)動(dòng)物公園也有過(guò)同樣的“壯舉”。
