優(yōu)步和支付寶開展合作 境外打車可花人民幣!

The growth in smartphone transport services isencouraging firms to build international partnerships.

智能手機(jī)交通服務(wù)的進(jìn)步正在刺激著相關(guān)企業(yè)建立國(guó)際合作關(guān)系。

Taxi-hailing service Uber and China's e-commercegiant Alibaba Group have agreed a deal that willallow Chinese travelers to pay for a taxi in anycountry where Uber operates. It means they can payfor their rides in yuan using their Alipay accounts.

日前，打車軟件優(yōu)步已經(jīng)和中國(guó)電子商務(wù)巨頭阿里巴巴集團(tuán)達(dá)成協(xié)議，允許乘客在任何國(guó)家的優(yōu)步服務(wù)中使用支付寶付款。這意味著乘客能通過支付寶賬戶來用人民幣支付車費(fèi)了。

Alipay is the online payment service of Ant Financial Services, an affiliate of Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba.

支付寶是中國(guó)電子商務(wù)巨頭阿里巴巴的子公司螞蟻金融的線上支付服務(wù)軟件。

US car sharing service Lyft and China's Didi Chuxing recently launched a similar service.

美國(guó)的另一款打車軟件來福車和中國(guó)的滴滴出行最近也合作推出了一項(xiàng)相似的服務(wù)。

 

 

Before the agreement, mainland Chinese travelers using the Uber app overseas needed toconnect a dual-currency credit card with their Uber account and were billed for their journeysin US dollars.

在上述協(xié)議達(dá)成之前，中國(guó)大陸的游客在海外使用優(yōu)步軟件時(shí)，需要用優(yōu)步賬號(hào)綁定雙幣信用卡，然后用美元來付車費(fèi)的賬單。

Uber said its customers had been able to use Alipay for their journeys in mainline China since2014 and in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau since early 2016. It said the cross-borderpayments arrangement would cover mainland Chinese travelers in 400 cities.

優(yōu)步公司表示，他的客戶從2014年起就已經(jīng)能用支付寶在中國(guó)大陸和香港支付車費(fèi)了，而臺(tái)灣和澳門則是在2016年開始支持的。該公司還表示，中國(guó)大陸乘客跨境付賬的服務(wù)將會(huì)覆蓋400個(gè)城市。

Uber and Alibaba said they intended to expand co-operation in India through Alipay's linkswith Paytm, which is India's largest mobile payment provider. Early last year, Ant Financialteamed up with parent company Alibaba to invest more than $500m in Paytm.

優(yōu)步和阿里巴巴聲稱，兩家公司準(zhǔn)備通過支付寶和印度最大的移動(dòng)支付平臺(tái)Paytm的合作關(guān)系來擴(kuò)展與印度方面的合作。去年早些時(shí)候，螞蟻金融聯(lián)手母公司阿里巴巴在Paytm投資超過5億美元。
